Ana Hamil

Director of Membership & Engagement

Ana Hamil’s experience in a diverse range of industries including retail, manufacturing, telecom, insurance, healthcare, and construction gives her a unique lens for developing new and enhanced programming to meet the needs of Florida’s taxpayers. 

As Director of Membership and Engagement at the Florida TaxWatch, Ana works with Florida’s top companies and community leaders to engage them in the depth and breadth of the work of Florida TaxWatch. 

Ana relocated to Florida in 2020 from Wisconsin to help start the newly formed Florida Chamber Safety Council where she was integral in program planning, event organization, and working with their largest investors. Most recently, Ana served as the Community Relations Director for Pacifica Senior Living. With her focus on senior residents and their needs, Ana consistently elevated the organization’s services and census.  She played a key role in the ongoing recognition as one of the top-notch care communities in for Assisted Living in Tallahassee.  

Ana was born in Spain and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and is a bilingual communicator.
